Military Connected Founder Calls on Employers to Support Veterans and Military Families Through Career Opportunity
Bryn Mawr, PA, November 6, 2025– Military Connected, a nonprofit career platform, is calling on companies to partner in providing meaningful employment pathways for Veterans and military spouses. The organization was founded by technology entrepreneur Robert “Arch” Archibald, who saw firsthand how difficult it can be for talented people to access opportunities without strong networks.
After a successful career in staffing, Arch created Aliro, a technology platform designed to help organizations make better talent connections leveraging AI. He later expanded the vision specifically to support transitioning servicemembers and military families, and MilitaryConnected.org was launched.
